Bacon Ranch Slowcooker Chicken
11 Weight Watcher Points Plus (includes pasta)
2 butterball turkey bacon strips
1 tsp minced garlic
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
1 cup fat free sour cream
16 oz chicken breasts, frozen or defrosted/raw
8 oz pasta (rigatoni)
Combine the first five ingredients. Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and pour sauce over the top. Cook on high 3 1/2 hours. Shred chicken with two forks. Serve over hot, cooked noodles.

Can you cook it on low for 8 hrs?
Generally I use the low setting, and do for 6-7. 8 hours tends to scare me with food poisoning.
