Pumpkin Angel Food Cake

Makes 16 slices

92 calories per slice, .2 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 21 g carbohydrates, 10.6 g sugar, 2.2 g protein, 0.9 g fiber, 164 mg of sodium

5 Freestyle Points (I cut mine in half for 2.5)


Ingredients
1-16 oz package of angel food cake mix
1 cup water
1-15 oz can of pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice

Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9X13 pan with non-stick spray.  Beat the water into the angel food cake mix for one minute. Fold in pumpkin and pumpkin spice.  Spread in prepared dish.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Let cool. Serve with cool whip.
