Weight Watchers Banana Bread 2

2 Weight Watcher Points

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

1 large egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

4 tablespoons light brown sugar

1 tablespoon white sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray.

Peel bananas and break into chunks. Whisk egg and add to bananas.  

Use mixture until smooth.  Add vanilla and stir.

In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, brown sugar, and cinnamon.  Whisk together.  

Add dry mixture to banana mixture.  Stir slowly until well-combined. 

Spoon mixture into loaf pan. Bake 35-45 minutes until bread rises and is slightly brown on top.
