Ingredients
1 lbs. boneless chicken breast
black pepper
1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1 tsp. butter
1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
1/4 tsp celery salt
Directions
4 servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Butterfly your chicken by cutting it horizontally. Do not cut all the way through. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese. Fold over the chicken to close it.
Melt butter in bowl in microwave. Add hot sauce and celery salt. Mix.
Brush chicken, then drizzle remainder over chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
