Chicken Sloppy Joe Bubble Up

6 WW Freestyle points per serving
Serves 9



Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground chicken (fat free)
1 7.5 oz can of biscuits (chop into small pieces)
1/2 cup Vidalia onion
2 cups sugar free pasta sauce (used Ragu)
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella



Directions
In a skillet, brown your ground chicken, add onion and garlic.

Once chicken has cooked, stir in your pasta sauce, ketchup, mustard, worcesteshire sauce, chili powder, and seasoning.

Cut biscuits into tiny pieces. Original recipe calls to stir into mixture, but I placed in pan instead, before pouring mixture over biscuits.

Bake in oven 30 minutes.  Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven an addition ten minutes.
