Parmesan Chicken Tenders

4 Weight Watcher Points per serving

Cooking spray
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, Italian style
3/4 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded (1/4 cup)
1 tsp garlic powder
3 large egg whites
1 pound uncooked boneless skinless chicken tenders

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Coat a 9X13 baking pan with cooking spray (I used parchment paper).

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and garlic powder in a small, shallow bowl.  Whip egg whites until foamy and place in another shallow bowl.  Dip chicken first into egg whites, and then into bread crumb mixture to coat thoroughly.

Place tenders on prepared pan and bake until crispy, about 25 to 30 minutes.  Serve chicken with marinara sauce or a salad.  Yields about  chicken tenders.
