Low Fat French Toast

3 WW Freestyle Points per serving 
(serving size 2 slices)

Ingredients
4 egg whites
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
non stick spray
6 slices reduced calorie whole grain bread
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
sugar free maple syrup


Directions
Whisk together egg whites, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat oven to medium heat.  Working batches, dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, both sides.  Place in the skillet.  Cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.  Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining bread.  I whisked between batches.

Dust with cinnamon and serve with syrup.
