Weight Watchers Cheesy Chicken and Stuffing

One of my favorites my mom used to make. Thanks to Emily Bites for lightening it up.
8  Servings
6 Freestyle Weight Watcher Points

8 oz of thin boneless chicken breast cutlets
6 slices of 2% reduced fat Swiss cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
1 can of Campbell's fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
6 oz box of chicken flavored stuffing
4 tablespoons light butter (Land o'Lakes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly mist cookware (used Corning Ware dish).

Place chicken breasts in a single layer across the bottom of dish.  Tear the cheese slices into strips and use them to cover the chicken breasts.

In a bowl, mix together the soup and the milk until well combined.  Pour over the tops of the chicken.

In a bowl, stir together stuffing and melted butter until stuffing is coated.  Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the tops of the chicken.

Cook at 350 uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
