3 Freestyle Points per tender
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders (8 count)
8 slices center cut bacon
4 tablespoons BBQ sauce (used Wegman's brand)
4 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Wrap each chicken tender in a piece of bacon. Use a brush to brush all sides of the chicken tender and bacon. Place on baking sheet. (I sprayed sheet with PAM before placing chicken on sheet).
Combine the chili powder and brown sugar in a small dish. Stir until mixed. Sprinkle the mixture onto the chicken tenders. Bake for 30 minutes and remove from oven.
Turn on your broiler and return the to oven for two minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
