Apple Cranberry Chicken Salad

3 Freestyle Weight Watcher Points
1 serving=1 cup



Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of chopped cooked chicken
3 stalks celery chopped
1 cup of chopped apple (used Fuji)
1/4 cup of dried cranberries (used low sugar)
1/2 cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of Hellman's mayo light
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Chop and peel apples.

In a mixing bowl stir together all ingredients. Add chicken.  Mix well.  Serve with lettuce or crackers.
