Weight Watchers Pumpkin Bread #2

3 Weight Watchers Points Plus per 2 servings
2 Weight Watchers Points Plus per 1 muffin

Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs (used egg beaters)
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well.  Add pumpkin, water, applesauce, and eggs.  Mix well and pour into loaf pans.  Makes 24 servings (used mini loaf pans or make 24 muffins).  Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Two servings is 3 Weight Watchers Points Plus.
