Healthy Chicken Salad


2 large, boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup celery, diced
1/3 cup apple, diced
1/3 cups of grapes, quartered
1/4 cup almonds, slivered

Diced cooked chicken and place in a bowl.  Mix in Greek yogurt until all chicken is evenly coated.  Add celery, grapes, apple, and almonds.  Store in fridge.

139 calories per serving, 4.4g fat, carbs 3.9g, fiber .3g, protein 19.8g
