Ingredients
2 (10.75 ounces) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (I chose the Healthy Request)
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups of water
5 1/2 lbs pot roast
Directions
In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.Cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or on low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
I added red potatoes for some extra flavoring. It doesn't look all that great, but I asked my husband how he liked it, and he said, "Absolutely freaking delicious." Well coming from a guy who is not the "healthiest of eaters," I guess that will do. I didn't tell him that I had put "healthy" soup in it :)
