Apple Bacon BBQ

Modified from Emily Bites!

Ingredients
4 slices of bacon, chopped
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups of chopped onion (used Vidalia)
1 1/2 cups of ketchup
1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 lbs uncooked lean, trimmed pork tenderloin

Directions
Fry bacon.  I bought already cooked bacon.

Place the chopped apple, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and bacon into the slow cooker and stir to combine. (I mixed mine in a bowl before placing in crockpot). Add the pork and stir to cover in sauce.  Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove the pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. (I shredded in the crockpot).  Stir and put back in crockpot for another 30 to 60 minutes.  Serve warm.
