Turkey Sloppy Joe Pasta Bake

6 WW points per serving

Ingredients

1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced green pepper

1 can Manwich

2 cups 100% whole wheat rotini

1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a frying pan, cook the ground turkey and add onion and peppers. Set aside.

Add 2 cups dry pasta to pot of boiling water. Cook according to directions.  Drain.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked turkey, pasta, Manwich sauce, onions, and peppers. Pour into a baking/casserole dish.

Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove cover, and bake an additional 5 minutes.  

6 servings; 1 cup each.
