Pizza-Rotini Toss


1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 10-oz jars pizza sauce
9.9-oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
10-oz pkg. slice pepperoni
9-oz. pkg. rotini pasta cooked

Brown ground beef and onion together in a skillet; drain. Add pizza sauce and mushrooms; heat thoroughly. Layer ground beef mixture, cheese, and pepperoni in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Toss with prepared rotini before serving.

I'm thinking you could probably green this up too by adding some other veggies - either steamed or not (depending on the veggie)
