Blender Banana Pancakes

3 WW Freestyle Points per serving (2 pancakes)
2 servings


Ingredients
2/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup (1 medium) mashed banana
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Strawberries for topping (used fat free Redi Whip)

Directions
In a blender, combine oats, banana, egg, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth.

Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat.  for a large pancake with 1/4 of the batter (about 1/4 cup).  Top with 1 tablespoon strawberries.  Cook until bubbles form and it's solid.  Flip for 2 minutes.

Gently flip and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
Remove pancake and repeat 3 more times to make 3 more pancakes.
