Slow Cooker Balsamic Roast
Ingredients
3 lb round roast
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T reduced sodium (or light) soy sauce
1 T honey
1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Place the beef in the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the beef.
Turn crock pot temperature to low and cover. Cook for 7 to 8 hours (I did 7).
Remove meat to a platter and break apart using a fork. Each beef serving should be 2/3 cup. Spoon jus over the beef and serve. (I cut mine and eat as a sandwich).
Yield 8 servings.
