Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

Adapted from Emily Bites.

3 lbs raw boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 oz of Buffalo wing sauce (I used Kroger brand, medium)
1 oz packet of dry Ranch mix (Kroger brand as well)
2 T light butter (I used Smart Balance)

Place the chicken breast in your slow cooker.  Pour the bottle of wing sauce over the top of the chicken.  Sprinkle the packet of ranch mix over the top of the wing sauce.  Place the lid on your slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours (I did 7) until meat shreds easily.

Remove meat and shred (I shredded in the slow cooker).  Add butter and stir to combine.  Continue to cook on low for another hour so the meat can soak up the sauce.

Be warned...this recipe has some serious kick to it....have water handy!
