Pineapple Chicken Salad

Serves 8
1/3 cup serving
Calories 226, Fat 5g, Sodium 192mg, Carbs 21g, Fiber 3g, Protein 23g
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup light mayo
1/4 cup finely, chopped green onion (used sweet)
1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt (used vanilla)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions
Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.  Serve 1/3 cup with crackers or in a whole wheat wrap.
