I use this on salads or in recipes, especially one for tomorrow.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups chicken broth
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder. Pour two cups of chicken broth on top of chicken and seasonings. Cook on high for two hours or on low for 4 hours. Shred chicken, and discard broth.
