Ingredients
3 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce.
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup Lily's No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips
Dash of pumpkin spice
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Mash bananas and whisk in eggs, applesauce, Greek yogurt, monk fruit, and vanilla.
Combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
Fold dry ingredients into wet and combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips, or sprinkle on top before baking.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
